We\u2019re rolling out the procurement sandbox exercise we trialled last autumn, and we\u2019re looking for volunteer organisations who\u2019d like to use this time ahead of reform go-live, to test their team and processes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We\u2019re holding a quick lunchtime session via Teams on Wednesday, January 29 at 12pm<\/strong>, to explain a bit more about the purpose of the Sandbox, the format it could take, and how we think it could help you. There\u2019s no expectation for you to commit during the call \u2013 just come and hear a bit more.<\/p>\n

The Cyd sandbox was the number one thing people wanted to speak with us about at Procurex \u2013 a safe space within which you can bring key figures from outside of the procurement team together, and a learning opportunity to think about all that\u2019s new under procurement reform \u2013 including the responsibilities others have.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re starting by looking at the Competitive Flexible Procedure, and the opportunities it presents, as CFP is something that\u2019s come up a few times during conversations amongst the Cyd community.<\/p>\n
